Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
1. Introduction
Finch MSO (a dba of Krieg Holdings I, LLC) ("Finch," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you may provide through this website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
We have written this policy to describe what the Site actually does, rather than every practice we might one day adopt. If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. The Site includes a contact form that collects a single field: your email address. If you write to us by email instead, we receive whatever information you choose to include, which may include your name, telephone number, firm name, and details about your practice.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit through this Site, any confidential client information, privileged material, or sensitive personal data.
Information collected automatically. The Site is a static website hosted by a third-party hosting provider. As with virtually all web hosting, the provider maintains server logs that may record your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and the files requested. Finch does not currently operate analytics software, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling tools on the Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up regarding a potential partnership
- Communicate with you about Finch's services when you have asked us to
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate the Site and process form submissions. When you submit the contact form, your email address is transmitted through a third-party form-processing service, which delivers it to us by email. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Affiliates. We may share information with our parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- Professional advisors. We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, and similar advisors where reasonably necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not currently set cookies, use web beacons, or deploy third-party tracking or advertising technologies. Should we introduce analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy and describe them here before doing so.
Your browser may still transmit standard request information to our hosting provider as described in Section 2, and third-party services we link to operate under their own policies.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, to maintain a record of our correspondence, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no continuing legal or business need to retain it, we will do so.
8. Marketing Communications
If you provide your email address, we will use it to follow up about a potential partnership. We do not add inquiries to bulk marketing lists. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message from us or writing to the address in Section 13, and we will honor that request promptly.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we have collected, to request a copy, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, and to limit certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used and shared, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. Finch does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
Individuals in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Where applicable data protection law grants additional rights, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, we will honor those rights consistent with our legal obligations. Where we process your information to respond to an inquiry you initiated, we do so on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be reflected prominently. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
